Les Welch of Back Alley Bikes/East Coast Bicycle Academy will be providing additional mechanical support for the 2019 Tour de Madison.  He will be set up at the Hoover Ridge Rest Stop to assist with any minor repairs that become necessary during the ride.    As usual, Veloconcepts of Culpeper Virginia will be set up to provide mechanical support at Graves Mountain Lodge.
